Somalia Lugha za kigeni marufuku,ofisini
Raisi Hassan Shaykh Mahmud alikuwa akizungumza hayo katika sherehe za maadhimisho ya kutimiza miaka 42 tangu kuanza kutumika kwa lugha ya Kisomali nchini humo ,maadhimisho yaliyofanywa mjini Mogadishu kwa lengo la kutaka kuiimarisha lugha hiyo.Hata hivyo maadhimisho hayo yalihudhuriwa na mamabalozi wanaowakilisha nchi zao nchini humo.
Matumizi ya lugha ya kisomali katika ofisi za serikali yametakiwa kuanza January mosi mwaka huu na kuendelea.Shughuli zote za kiserikali nchini humo zimetakiwa kuendeshwa katika lugha ya kisomali na si lugha ingine yoyote.Ruhusa ya matumizi ya lugha za kigeni imetolewa tu wakati wageni kutoka nje ya somalia watakapo kuwa wakihudumiwa .
Hata hivyo waziri wa habari wa taifa hilo,ametilia mkazo kauli hiyo na kudai kwamba January 21 ni siku muhimu sana kwa taifa hilo,na siku hiyo ni kumbu kumbu kwa gazeti la kisomali la kwanza kuchapishwa.naye spika wa bunge la Somalia,Muhammad Shaykh Usman Jawari,ambaye pia alitoa kauli yake kwenye maadhimisho hayo,na kusema kwamba ni jambo muhimu kwa jamii ya wasomali kuelewa umuhimu wa lugha yao na kuitaka jamii kuiimarisha lugha hiyo.
Rais Mahmud aliongeza kusema kwamba tarehe 21 January ni siku muhimu kwa wasomali na serikali yao.
SPLM kumaliza mgogoro Sudan Kusini
Viongozi walioshuhudia utiwaji saini makubaliano ya kusitisha mapigano.
Makundi yanayopingana nchini Sudan Kusini yamekusanyika nchini Tanzania kusaka jitihada mpya za kumaliza vita vya wenyewe kwa wenyewe vilivyodumu kwa zaidi ya mwaka mmoja na kusababisha maelfu ya watu kuuawa.
Serikali ya Tanzania ambayo inasimamia mazungumzo ya Arusha kupitia chama tawala cha CCM nchini humo, imesema Rais Salva Kiir wa Sudan Kusini na aliyekuwa naibu wake na sasa kuwa kiongozi wa waasi nchini humo Riek Machar walikutana Jumatano na kutiliana saini mkataba mpya wa amani.
Pande mbili hizo zilitiliana saini mkataba unaolenga kukiunganisha chama tawala cha the Sudan People's Liberation Movement (SPLM), ili kumaliza uhasama uliojitokeza miongoni mwa viongozi wa chama hicho kilichopigania uhuru wa Sudan Kusini miaka mitatu iliyopita.
Vita vilizuka nchini Sudan Kusini, taifa changa kuliko yote duniani, mwezi Desemba 2013 wakati Kiir alipomshutumu naibu aliyemfukuza Machar kwa jaribio la kumpindua.
Mara ya mwisho Kiir na Machar walikutana mwezi Novemba, 2014 mjini Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, ambako walikubaliana kusitisha haraka vita, mkataba uliovunjwa katika muda wa saa chahche tangu wakubaliane.
Mapigano katika mji mkuu wa Juba yamesababisha mauaji ya kulipiza kisasi nchini humo na kuisukuma nchi kuingia katika kipindi cha njaa.
Shughuli za kutiliana saini mkataba wa amani kati ya Rais Kiir na Bwana Machar zilihudhuriwa na viongozi mbalimbali wa kikanda kushuhudia mkataba wa umoja kw makundi tofauti ya chama tawala cha SPLM.
Mazungumzo ya Tanzania yanafanyika sambamba na juhudi za kuleta amani zilizokuwa zikisimamiwa na nchi za IGAD mjini Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
Awamu nyingine ya mazungumzo ya IGAD yanatarajiwa kufanyika kando ya kikao cha viongozi wa Umoja wa Afrika mjini Addis Ababa mwishoni mwa Januari.
Lakini vita vinaendelea.
Wiki hii msemaji wa jeshi Philip Aguer amesema jeshi na waasi wamekuwa na mapigano makali katika jimbo la Central Lakes, na ameshutumu majeshi ya Machar kwa kulipua kisima cha mafuta katika jimbo la Unity.
"Majeshi ya Machar yamekuwa yakisababisha uharibifu, uchomaji wa vijiji, uharibifu wa visima vya mafuta," amesema.
Ni mara ya kwanza waasi mahasimu hao kukutana tangu waliposaini makubaliano ya kuacha mapigano mwezi Agosti huko Ethiopia, ambayo kama mikataba mitatu iliyopita ilivunjika mara moja.
Viongozi hao wa siasa na kijeshi wamekuwa wakirudia rudia kuvunja ahadi wanazotoa chini ya msukumo wa kimataifa, ikiwa ni pamoja na Sudani ya Kusini uliofanywa na Katibu Mkuu wa Umoja wa Mataifa Ban Ki-moon na Waziri Mkuu wa Marekani John Kerry.
Safari hii viongozi hao wawili wa Sudani ya Kusini walisema chama tawala kilichogawanyika, Sudan People's Liberation Movement (SPLM), inapaswa kuungana upya. Chama cha SPLM kiliiletea nchi uhuru baada ya vita vya muda mrefu na Khartoum.
"Chama kilichogawanyika cha SPLM kitaigawa nchi katika makundi ya kikabila na maeneo," makubaliano hayo yalieleza, kutoa wito kwa "mazungumzo ya halali na ya uaminifu ambayo yanaweka matakwa ya watu na taifa juu ya wote".
Kiir alitoa ahadi ya "utatuzi kwa amani wa mgogoro" katika nchi iliyokuwa maskini wakati ina utajiri wa mafuta, ambayo ina miaka mitatu lakini iliyokumbwa na vita.
"Hakuna sababu kwa watu wetu kupata shida tena baada ya uhuru," alisema. Machar pia alisema alitaka jambo hilo kumalizika.
"Hatutaki fursa hii kutoweka kama fursa nyingine za awali," alisema. "Tutafanya kwa uwezo wetu wote kuona kuwa mchakato huu unamalizika"
Kikundi cha tatu kilichojitenga katika SPLM -- viongozi wa ngazi ya juu walifungwa kwa miezi kadhaa baada ya vita kuibuka mwezi Desemba, lakini pia walisaini suala hilo la kuunganisha chama.

1.0 BUSINESS REGISTRATIONS AND LICENSING AGENCY (BRELA)
BRELA is a semi-autonomous Executive Agency under the Ministry of Industry and Trade (MIT). It was established under the Government Executive Agency Act No. 30 of 1997, and formally launched on the 3rd December, 1999. The main responsibility of the Agency is to ensure that businesses operate in accordance with the laid down regulations and sound commercial principles. Its key functions are registration of companies, both local and foreign; registration of Business Names; registration of Trade and Service Marks; Granting of patents and issuing of industrial licensing.
1.1 RECORDS MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT - 10 POSTS
1.1.1 JOB SUMMARY
Responsible to identify, arrange and maintain registries records for legal and non-legal purposes.
1.1.2 REPORT TO

1.1.3 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• To prepare file Index/Register, maintain records/ documents in the registry; and file, dispatch and cross check correspondences;
• Maintenance of files including changing file cover, indexing number on the cover and filing documents by using treasure/green tag.
• Filling all incoming correspondences including post registration records such as Annual return forms, audited Financial statements, debentures, charges, and other documents for subsequent changes.
• Tie Files to the bundles serially according to the registration numbers.
• Receiving, sorting and distributing files to respective desk officers and putting it to respective shelves
• Tracing documents and preparing reports
• Sorting all incoming and outgoing records and files.
• Dispatching files to the action Officer
• Control file movements by using control tools such as movement books and daily mark forms.
• Re-shelving files after being auctioned by respective Officers
• Recording files into the system by using computers.

Responsible for customer service oriented assistance to the Agency in the procurement of variety of goods and services.

1.2.3 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Maintaining and updating stocks and inventories
• To supervise stock movement (in/outflows)
• Purchasing processes or supply control of given lines of stocks.
• Clearing and forwarding functions.
• To make a follow up, keep record and reports all procurement activities performed by the procurement Agent(s) and various other entities;
• Supporting and implementing the function of BRELA Tender Board.
• Raises purchase orders when relevant approval has been granted
• To promote collaboration between different entities from a variety of specialized sectors of all procurement activities and facilitate the smooth interplay between and among all elements of the procurement process;
• To prepare quarterly stock checks
• To prepare stores layout and location (monthly/quarterly)

1.2.4 QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
Degree in procurement/logistics, Advanced/ Diploma in Materials Management or equivalent plus 3 years working experience, computer literacy is essential.

• Receiving new applications and opening files.
• Assessment of various fees including Registration fees, Annual Returns and other filing fees.
• Processing initial name search for clearance and approvals.

• Issuing or allocating Registration number of incorporation or certificate of Registration for the new Companies/Business names.
